WASHINGTON (AP) — In a story July 20 about a federal enforement action against Higher One Holdings Inc., The Associated Press erroneously reported that the company charges a $50 "lack of documentation fee." Higher One used to charge the fee, but now closes the accounts of customers who fail to supply certain paperwork.
