CHICAGO (AP) — The Arena Football League has reached agreement on a collective bargaining agreement with its players on Sunday. No terms of the agreement were announced, but both sides plan to sign the CBA on Wednesday. Earlier this month, a strike by players forced the cancellation of a game between the Cleveland Gladiators and Pittsburgh Power. Replacement players were used in the season opener between Pittsburgh and Orlando after a job action by players from both teams. "This has most certainly not been an easy process, but it has been a necessary process to help the Arena Football League continue to move in the right direction for our teams, players and fans," AFL Commissioner Jerry B. Kurz said.
