NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed $11.10 to $12.35 a bale higher Tuesonday.

The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton advanced 238151 points to 72.29 cents per pound Tuesday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
