In a June 6 story about the housing market, The Associated Press quoted Budge Huskey, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, as saying, "we've flipped from a buyers' market to a sellers' market." His full comment was, "in some markets, we've flipped from a buyers' market to a sellers' market."
