CORTLAND, N.Y. (AP) — A look at Tim Tebow's day at New York Jets training camp: ___ TEBOW TIME: Tebow worked mainly with the second-team offense and as the punt protector on special teams in the Jets' first practice Sunday since their preseason opener at Cincinnati on Friday night. HOW'D HE DO: Tebow had a solid practice, going 9 for 12 in team drills and also ran for a 25-yard touchdown on a designed third-and-2 play. He was intercepted by Kyle Wilson in 7-on-7 drills on a tipped ball, but immediately bounced back by tossing a 49-yard TD pass to rookie Stephen Hill. Tebow also got into one play with the first-team offense and threw an underneath pass to Patrick Turner instead of going for a play that would gain more yardage — which drew the ire of offensive coordinator Tony Sparano. TEBOWMANIA: A new sign was spotted in the crowd at practice, held by a young female fan: "Tim, You Put The Stud In Bible Study." TALKING TEBOW: "Well, he ran against man coverage, he ran against zone coverage. That's what he does. If you rush four, he can run on you. You can rush six, seven, whatever, he can still do that. I also like the way he threw the ball." — Jets coach Rex Ryan on Tebow's performance in the preseason opener against Cincinnati.
