LE CAP D'AGDE, France (AP) — Andre Greipel of Germany has won the 13th stage of the Tour de France as the three-week race headed south to the Mediterranean coast. Bradley Wiggins of Britain retained the yellow jersey.
The windy and flat 135-mile run with one major hill from Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux to Le Cap d'Agde on Saturday was tailored for a win by one of the race's sprinters.
