ST. LOUIS (AP) — Four years ago, Alicia Sacramone was stressed out, obsessing over how every little thing she did would affect her chances to make the Olympic team. Older, wiser and with a small scar on her right Achilles tendon, Sacramone is a lot calmer this time around. Regardless of whether she makes it to the London Games or not, she knows getting this far is a victory in itself. Eight months after blowing out her Achilles at the world championships, the Beijing Olympic captain is competing again at this week's U.S. gymnastics championships. She says she's "worked her butt off" to get back, and is confident she can hold her own against gymnasts five years younger.
Neither injuries nor age can slow Sacramone
