WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden have laid a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery. Their visit came shortly after Biden was sworn in to a second term, and before Obama will be sworn in later at the White House. Together Obama and Biden placed the wreath on a stand, then placed their hands on their hearts as a bugler played taps.
