NEW YORK (AP) — In a May 23 story about Small Business Administrator Karen Mills, The Associated Press erroneously reported, based on information from Mills, that Sovereign Bank was one of 13 banks committing a total of $20 billion in small business lending over the next three years. Sovereign is not one of the banks.
